"I had Da Vinci Plumbing come out to rod my basement. My basement flooded on Tuesday. I spent six hours removing the water in the basement. I called and left a message. They called in the morning to follow up after I made me inquiry. Mike, the owner, did email me to try to reschedule, as they had a couple of guys out sick. I explained that my basement had flooded again today and I really could not wait. He said he would see what he could do. He called me back 10 minutes later and said he would be there within the hour.

The job only took one hour and the price was very fair. I had asked to have it scoped with the camera, but he said that it was probably not necessary, which saved me $100! It took about an hour and a half for the water to completely drain from the basement, but better than six hours with a shop vac!
